What are we migrating?
Automation Anywhere launched their new Automation 360 Platform, a cloud solution with improved architecture and service offerings. The migration from the previous platform to A360 involved a complex process that initially created a significant adoption bottleneck.
The organization's strategic goal was to migrate the majority of its customers to A360, transforming its approach to become a fully cloud-based automation platform and expanding future service offerings.
The problem
How might we transform the Automation 360 Platform migration journey into a seamless, personalized experience that reduces complexity, provides clear visibility, and accelerates customer adoption?
What is Migration Success Kit??
A simple tool that guides customers through their migration journey providing content tailored to their specific needs and also providing a consolidated view of all the customers and their migration journey.

We developed a comprehensive migration portal with two key components:
Customer Portal: A single-page guide with step-by-step instructional videos explaining platform migration and highlighting new improvements, enhancing user trust and transparency.
